FOX TV
Ahmet Ertegün, best known as the co-founder and Chairperson of Atlantic Records, founded Fox News in Turkey with global media conglomerate News Corporation (News Netherlands B.V.) in 2006. News Corporation and Ahmet Ertegün signed a share purchase agreement with İhlas Yayın Holding A.Ş, a subsidiary of İhlas Group, for the sale of all the shares of Huzur Radio TV A.Ş, the broadcasting entity of TGRT, which is being used for Fox News. Fox TV is owned by the US company, 21st Century Fox. Although its ownership is overseas, the channel was included in the research data due to its high influence on public opinion and high audience shares in general.
In March 2019, the Walt Disney Company bought the Fox International. According to the Trade Registry Gazette dated 20 May 2021, Huzur Radyo TV Company now belongs to the Walt Disney. The Walt Disney company is seen as vice chair of board of directors.

He started his career in journalism as a reporter in Sabah in 1987 and continued as a senior reporter in the newly founded Star TV. He worked as a senior reporter for Kanal D and Kanal 6, and as a News Director for BRT and TGRT. Various officials from CHP, such as Gürsel Tekin, Barış Yarkadaş and Murat Hazinedar (the mayor of Beşiktaş Municipality), attended his father’s funeral in January 2016.
